Information We Collect
When you request service or contact Signature, we may collect your name, company or organization, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, service location, requested specialty and service, vehicle or property type, unit count or approximate size, condition or scope details, desired frequency or timing, site-access information, and any reference photo you voluntarily upload.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to review your request, respond to you, prepare estimates, coordinate scheduling, provide customer service, maintain business records, protect website security, and improve operations.
Aircraft Requests
Aircraft service requests are handled through the separate Signature Aircraft Detailing website. The SDS request form does not collect aviation service selections.
Reference Photos
Reference-photo uploads are optional and should contain only what is reasonably needed to evaluate the requested service. Do not upload identification documents, payment information, or other sensitive records.
The website is configured to accept only supported image formats, normalize and encrypt reference photos, avoid creating public WordPress attachment pages, restrict photo viewing to authenticated administrators, and delete stored reference-photo files after approximately 90 days. Lead records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for customer service, legal, accounting, security, or operational purposes.
Website Analytics and Cookies
The website may use hosting, security, performance, analytics, or similar technologies that collect technical information such as browser type, device information, approximate location, pages visited, and referral source. This policy will be reviewed and updated as additional advertising, payment, communication, analytics, or tracking systems are introduced.
Google Reviews
When the Google Reviews section is enabled, review content may be displayed through Google Maps and a connected review-display provider. Review text, ratings, reviewer attribution, and links remain subject to Google and the connected provider's terms and privacy practices. Clicking a reviewer or review link may take you to Google Maps or another provider-controlled page.
Sharing Information
Signature does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, payment processing, security, or other business functions when reasonably necessary to operate the business or provide requested services.
Security and Retention
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect submitted information. No website, storage system, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices
You may ask about information submitted through the website, request a correction, or request deletion when Signature is not required to retain it.
